Managed five project offices: Omaha, Nebraska; Washington Naval Shipyard, DC; Mons, Belgium; Bitburg, Germany; and Stuttgart, Germany. Hire and fire authority for projects. Each project site had a lead engineer that was responsible for several Theater Mission Planning Systems (TMPS). These project sites had 30-40 military and civilian personnel that performed mission planning for the Tomahawk Ground Launched Cruise Missile (GLCM) and the Surface Launched Cruise Missile (SLCM). Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility that included invoicing and costing with Director Signature Authority authorized directly by the president of Halifax. Trained all lead engineers on system design and maintenance. Provided support to TMPS projects that included technical phone support as well as on-site technical backup support for the entire company. This technical support included both software and hardware.

Furthermore, provided corporate marketing and proposal support. Secured a $300,000,000 RFP from Computer Sciences Corporation for Halifax. Obtained systems installation contract for a Hamilton & Avnet project. Attended bidder conferences on behalf of Halifax. Provided technical support for a Stuttgart, Germany EUCOM base-wide network shop. Managed a component level repair depot in Laurel, Maryland, whose output was approximately 60 DEC boards per week. Huntron Trackers, logic probes, pulsers, along with a chip pin-in and pin-out cross reference book, were used for this repair work. Provided on-call support for the Social Security Administration contract in Baltimore, Maryland. As Project Manager for the Ohio office, managed over seven government contracts along with and a component level repair depot. Provided additional marketing and proposal support. Obtained three VA Medical Center omni-bus type contracts. Also secured a contract from Wright Patterson AFB to maintain their document publication system. Award ed several time & material jobs that made fix priced contracts very profitable for Halifax. Attended additional bidder conferences.
